Thank you for shopping with Morghn. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, rates, and timing.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the order date unless otherwise noted. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Free standard shipping applies automatically to all orders over $128 (before tax, after any discounts).
Delivery Estimates
Total delivery time = Processing time (2-3 business days) + Shipping time
- Standard: 5-8 business days total
- Expedited: 3-5 business days total
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery is subject to their schedule and operational conditions.
Package Protection
At checkout, you'll have the option to add package protection to your order for a small fee. Package protection covers:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages (porch piracy)
- Damaged packages during transit
If you add protection and experience an issue, you'll be eligible for a quick replacement or refund through our protection partner. We strongly recommend adding it for peace of mind.
If you decline package protection, Morghn is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can check the status anytime by clicking the link in your shipment confirmation email or logging into your Morghn account.
If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or email us at info@morghn.com.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on your location and order size. Carrier selection is made automatically to provide the fastest, most reliable delivery for your area.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Morghn is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, email us at info@morghn.com immediately. We'll do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused delivery, unclaimed after multiple attempts), we'll contact you to confirm the correct address.
Reshipment will require payment of additional shipping costs. If you prefer a refund, the original shipping fee and a $7 restocking fee will be deducted.
Lost or Stolen Packages
With package protection: File a claim through our protection partner — they'll handle replacement or refund.
Without package protection: If a package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check around your delivery location, with neighbors, and at your local post office
- Wait 48 hours — packages are occasionally marked delivered prematurely
- If still missing, contact the carrier directly to file a claim
- Email us at info@morghn.com and we'll do our best to help, though Morghn cannot guarantee replacement of uninsured packages
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please email info@morghn.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product

Shipping Delays
Delivery times may be affected by:
- Weather events
- Carrier delays
- Holiday volume
- Address issues
Morghn is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November-December), processing times may extend by 1-2 additional business days. We'll communicate any expected delays via our website and order confirmation emails.
