We want you to love your Morghn pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all original tags attached
- Free from signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to you at your expense.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All sale and discounted items (anything purchased at a reduced price)
- Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page
- Gift cards
Final sale items will be clearly labeled at checkout.
Return & Exchange Fees
- Returns: A $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges: A $7 exchange shipping fee applies (covers shipping the new item to you).
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Log into your account at morghn.com to access our Returns Portal
- Select the order and items you'd like to return or exchange
- Choose your reason and whether you'd like a refund, exchange, or store credit
- Print the prepaid return label we provide
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any authorized carrier location
If you checked out as a guest or need help, email us at info@morghn.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through our portal will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange any eligible item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Once we receive your return, your new item will ship within 1-2 business days.
If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue you store credit so you can use it whenever you're ready.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for us to inspect, process, and issue your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
After we process the refund, your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the funds to your account.
You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email info@morghn.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or defect
We review damaged and defective claims on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us at info@morghn.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the timeframes above:
- Check with your bank or credit card company — processing times vary
- Check your email (including spam) for our refund confirmation
- Still missing? Contact us at info@morghn.com with your order number
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not present at delivery
- Items missing original tags
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Returns from Gift Recipients
If you received Morghn as a gift, you can exchange the item for store credit. The credit will be issued to the gift recipient. Email info@morghn.com with the order number (or the gift giver's name and email) to start the process.
